Our scheduled shoot with Alexandra Victoria was for sunrise in late January for her February 2014 Model of the Month shoot, which even in sunny South Florida can often bring cold morning temperatures, especially on the beach. Any concern was quickly wiped out when she informed us she recently moved to Wisconsin with her Green Bay Packers boyfriend.

As far as she was concerned, with the winter she had been experiencing this year up north, the weather on the beach was great. We bought her a big heavy robe to help her keep warm anyways.

The sun came up quick so we had to hurry to catch stills & video. In order to make sure we caught the sun rising, we rushed to the beach on foot after Make Up artist Mercedes Dupree finished getting her dolled up. As you can see by the photos, we were rewarded with a very colorful sunburst background.

With sunrise captured, we headed further south to a proven site that provided more variety in our settings including some mangroves, a pier, the beach and more. The location enabled us to capture multiple looks and scenes with little movement or delay.

Alexandra made the shoot fun and she was so easy to work with. She has amazing eyes and is so photogenic to shoot.

We moved pretty quick throughout the day because it was so cool out. I told Alexandra we would have to shoot the last bikini in the water. She cringed at the idea but she said: “I’ll do what ever it takes to get the shot.”

She was a trooper to accommodate all I requested of her and I have to say this was one of my all time favorite Model of the Month shoots!

Alexandra Victoria is a very experienced model having appeared in Maxim Magazine, The Shore Life, British Vogue and Coastal Carolina Magazine. Victoria has been featured in campaigns for Remy Martin, Betsy Johnson, Christian Cota, Poko Pano, Gym Girl Apparel, Fortune421, Montce Swimwear, Cia Martima and Turn It On Fitness by Althea Harper as well as a M&M commercial.

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

I have done it since I was a baby but consistently for about 7 years. Four of those I was in college so my main priority was school because I was on a scholarship and had to keep a certain GPA!

Q: What was your first big break in the industry?

Hmm there’s a few! Each were different markets. I started off doing runway and I’d say Betsey Johnson was my first big show. After that my first big campaign was Remy Martin. Then Maxim was my first major magazine spread!

Q: Not including shooting with us, what has been your favorite job so far?

I got to shoot in Hawaii for Project Runway star Althea Harper’s line of fitness wear. We were there for 9 days, the first 6 were spent shooting but then we had 3 days to play and explore the island. It was an experience I will never forget!

Q: What has been your favorite place on the planet to shoot and why?

Maui, Hawaii…I think why is a given! Haha it’s Hawaii!

Q: What is your favorite swimwear company or companies and why do you like their swimsuits?

Definitely love Montce Swimwear and Fortune421 Swimwear. Both fit amazing and their designers are such great people!

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself that most people do not know (the quirkier, the better!)?

I use to love Taco Bell! I still do but i have been trying to stay away from fast food! I use to go to Taco Bell once a week!! Now I just go to chipotle haha I guess that’s an upgrade!

Q: If you could be doing any job in the world for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

It would be modeling but at the same time building a brand through that. Like Heidi Klum or Cindy Crawford. I love the business/branding side of modeling.

Q: What is your favorite movie of all time and why?

I don’t think I have one, I just love movies in general. Some favorites would have to be Transformers, Iron Man, The Dark Knight, the Notebook, Harry Potter and Grease (yes I said Grease). Jeez I’m all over the place.

Q: What Super Powers would you like to have and how would you use it?

To fly. So I would be able to get where I need to be and on my terms! As well as to never have worry about my checked luggage being under 50lbs.

Q: What are the Top 3 songs playing on your iPod right now?

Dark Horse by Katy Perry , Do What You Want by Lady Gaga, All Of Me by John Legend (which may be my favorite song ever).

Q: What is your work out routine if any?

I try to work out at least 4-5 times a week. No real set routine. Just get out and be active.

Q: Favorite food and how often do you eat it?

Mexican (but like the American version not the real one) and at least once a week. And chips are my other favorite food. All kinds of chips, I don’t discriminate.

Q: What is your drink of choice?

Jameson and Ginger Ale!

Q: What does Fashion mean to you?

I love fashion because it is a way that anyone can express themselves. Also, I think when you are a fashion/runway model, fashion has to be something you follow and enjoy. Knowing different designers and all the latest trends it kind of part of the job!

Q: What models do you look to for inspiration and/or admire and why?

Heidi Klum is probably my biggest inspiration. I have said since I was a little girl I would be a Victoria Secret model. Then as I got older I realized that not only did I want to model, I wanted to grow a brand. She is the perfect example of that. She turned her name and face into a brand/company. I admire Alessandra Amborsio too, she is just beautiful beyond belief.

Q: Favorite designer and why?

Marc Jacobs. Not because I really like his brand but because it amazes me that he head 2 multimillion dollar brands between his own collection and Louis Vuitton. I think 2013 was his last year with LV but that still always impressed me. Plus he’s dating the incomparable Kate Moss.

Q: What celebrity do you resemble or get mistaken for the most?

People have only told me 2 things more then once, first one, that I have heard the most, is that I look like a combination of all Alessandra Ambrosio & Adriana Lima. Then Victoria Justice..which I don’t see.

I met Jacqueline Suzanne at a McDonald’s parking lot for the first time! I had heard great things about her from Oscar Rabeiro of 954photos.com and loved her look so we met there to talk about moving forward on shooting her for Model of the Month.

Jacqueline Suzanne is a very popular swimsuit and fitness model that has been featured in several publications including Maxim en Espanol, Maxim UK, FHM Philippines, Summum Mag, Muscle Mag and Natural Muscle.

So Oscar was set to shoot the stills and I was going to capture the video. He had worked with Jacqueline many times before.

“I first met Jacqueline Suzanne at a mutual friends birthday party,” stated photographer Oscar Rabeiro. “She is very personable, so we got to chatting and modeling came up. She hadn’t done much modeling yet, but I had an inkling she would do wonderfully. We discussed a test shoot that following week and my hunch was right. She is a natural. With the little experience she did have then, she rocked it like a pro. I don’t often get surprised by experience, (a rookie is obvious even to a rookie photographer) but she worked her body and angles like she’s been doing it for years! That was probably three or four years ago and I still look over those sets with great pleasure. Her humility counts for a great working experience as well. She had the confidence and natural ability, but her personality is warm and friendly. That too is another reason I felt she would rock it. Often times, a model’s personality shines through their work and she is proof positive which is why I recommended her to shoot for Model of the Month.”

We decided we do an afternoon shoot in Miami but we had funky weather that day. We got to the location and were setting up to shoot as the clouds started rolling in. Oscar got going on the first look with Jacqueline, as the wind picked up. We started getting worried we would not be able to finish the shoot.

Rabeiro went on to say: “My most memorable moment was getting the first few frames from her right off the bat! I remember questioning her about how little she’s been modeling and because she is so humble, she wasn’t entirely convinced of my praise. She had the confidence, and it showed, but she didn’t let it adversely affect her ego.”

So we decided to move to a new location to catch the sunset. It looked like the sky’s were opening up. We rushed to setup again to get the second look going. By the time we were ready to go, the sun was getting ready to set as it started to rain. We had to make a mad dash back to the car with all the equipment. We were bummed out because this was the only day that Oscar had free to shoot.

We had to reschedule the shoot for a sunny day so it was up to me to do the stills and video. On the day of the rescheduled shoot, the sky was a beautiful blue and the sun was bright. We had 3 looks to do and had the beach all to our self.

Jaqueline was easy to work with and looked great in the first suit with her gorgeous hair, perfect bikini body and long legs. The first look of the three remaining went great. Then I told her we should try shooting at the marina we saw on our way to the beach.

We made our way over there, not knowing if we were allowed to shoot there or not. I told Jacqueline we would just shoot until they kicked us out. We shot the video there with the boats in the background. I got what I needed for the video and then started setting up to shoot the stills. As we started to get going, a security guard showed up and chased as off.

With one more bikini to shoot we headed back to the beach and caught the sunset. We had perfect timing and a beautiful backdrop to end the day, she was excited. We finished off there with no rain in sight and high fived each other as we wrapped. It was the perfect way to end a day!

I started modeling after college when I won a playboy golf contest and flew to the mansion. From there I got gigs and just went down that modeling route.

I love shooting outdoors when it isn’t scorching hot. I feel the sexiest when wind is blowing in my face and hair and I can work with nature to get the best shot.

Q: What is your favorite swimwear company or companies and why do you like their swimsuits?

I love Beach Bunny Swimwear because their suits fit me like it was made for me.

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself that most people do not know (the quirkier, the better!)?

I am really good at impersonations. I do really good accents too!

Q: If you could be doing any job in the world for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

I would love to be a mom and I know that in itself is a job. My mom was such great mother to me and I always wanted to be like her to my kids.

Q: What is your favorite movie of all time and why?

Empire of the Sun. It is just so touching and it is based on true events which makes me cry every time.

Q: What Super Powers would you like to have and how would you use it?

I wish I had the power to heal. I don’t like to see people I love suffer whether its an illness or a broken heart. That would be a cool power to have so I can heal not only people I l know but others who suffer cancers and diseases.

Q: What is your work out routine if any?

I workout out weights twice a week. I do a full hour upper body workout and a full hour lower body workout another day. I hate cardio. My trainer makes me do it but I always sneak out of the gym when they are not looking. So I eat extra lean instead.

Q: Favorite food and how often do you eat it?

My favorite food is french fries and I try not to eat it but its hard to resist. I eat it 3x a month

Q: What is your drink of choice?

La Criox lemon flavor. I love it because it quenches my thirst and its got no calories or carbs.

Q: What does Fashion mean to you?

Fashion to me means expressing your personality through the choices you make to wear. I love fashion and being trendy. However, some things that are trendy if I don’t like it, I wont wear it. I would rather wear an old trend that looks good rather than a new trend that looks ridiculous on me.

Q: What models do you look to for inspiration and/or admire and why?

I love Kate Moss because she is small like me and she still broke into the industry without having to be 6 feet tall.

Q: Favorite designer and why?

I love Bebe and Marciano because they are trendy and affordable. Now if you are asking about a high end designer I would go with Herve Ledger and Christian Louboutin. My body shape fits amazing into a Herve leger dress so perfectly and My feet are small and narrow and Christian Louboutin fits me like Cinderella and her glass slipper.

Q: What celebrity do you resemble or get mistaken for the most?

Everyone says I look like Eva Mendes or Raquel Welch.

We made Playboy Playmate Miss February 2013 Shawn Dillon our April 2014 Model of the Month. I met Shawn on a Perfect Tan Bikini catalog shoot I did a few years ago. She was one of three models I worked with that day.

As soon as I started shooting her I knew there was something special about her. She lit up the camera. I remember thinking to myself that I hoped I would get a chance to work with her again. As it turned out, we shot again for Perfect Tan Bikini a few months after we initially met. This was before she became a Playmate.

We recently reconnected when I got to shoot her for a recent Spicy Lingerie campaign with fellow Playboy Playmate Shelby Chesnes. Working with the two of them on the same day was a dream come true! Shelby was our first ever Model of the Month back in February 2013 so it only made sense that we would make Shawn a Model of the Month.

We shot in late March on a chilly 50 degree super windy morning. The crazy part about the weather is it was in the 80′s the day before. We were up at 5 AM to get read to catch the sunrise. I wanted to reschedule for the next day but it would not work for her schedule, so we just decided to make it happen.

I gave her a super heavy robe to keep her warm in between takes and we set off for the beach. The first two looks were captured down by the beach. By the end of the second look we were both freezing. I was trembling and Shawn was very cold as well. We decided to head back to shoot the third look inside. As we were walking back to my place, a lady was walking by us and she collided into a pole. She went down pretty hard, Shawn and I was shocked because we did not know what happened or why she hit the pole.

It took the lady a few minutes to recover and get to her feet. As we approached her, we asked what caused her to go down. She said that she hit the pole because she was starting at the model. We both felt bad for her but I won’t lie, we both chuckled about it as we walked away. Some how I doubt that this was the first time Shawn caused an onlooker to crash into something.

We got home and shot the third look. Right as we finished, I got a call from my buddy Captain Chuck of Clip Critics. He was in town and I asked him to join us for the last look. We headed back to the beach, to a secluded area that would block the wind.

As you can easily imagine, Captain Chuck was memorized by Shawn. He enjoyed watching us in action so he decided to film us a little bit then do a little skit for the Clip Critics YouTube channel which will be out soon. We will let you know once its live.

I had an awesome day working with Shawn. She is so photogenic and fun to work with. I love her amazing eyes. The day was a great success as you can see by the photos and video. The only bummer was how cold and windy it was that morning, I would have loved to get Shawn in the water for a few images.

After over a year of trying to coordinate schedules, we finally were able to shoot this Tawny Jordan video making her our May 2014 Model of the Month. We were originally turned on to the gorgeous exotic beauty from Chicago by her manager Tracey Smith in February 2013. I started to visualize shooting her ever since I saw her initial photos and we did this Tawny Jordan Ring interview.

Tawny was in Miami Beach for some castings in April and we set up the date, however she had to cancel two days before because she booked a job in Europe. I was a little disappointed and worried we would not get to shoot. However, on her last morning in South Florida we were able to fit it in.

We setup to shoot sunrise on South Beach. I meet her for the first time in the parking lot. We literally had no time to talk and rushed to setup in order to catch the sun rising out of the water. As we started to shoot, I found her to be extremely comfortable with the camera. Tawny is so beautiful in person with a great personality to match her gorgeous look. We hit it off right away.

South Beach is such a popular place to shoot, so there were several other photo shoots going on all around us. Many of the other photographers started coming around trying to steal her from me as we shot. Giving her their business cards and trying to get her to shoot with them. She could have easily booked a few other jobs that day but she was flying out soon after our Model of the Month shoot. This was a little distracting but funny at the same time hearing each one give their pitch. We even had someone offer us a bike to shoot with for a shot or two. Needless to say Tawny attracted a lot of attention.

So to finish out the last look, we moved away from the beach and into the South Pointe Park. I was loving the light at that time. I knew I was getting great stuff because she is a natural and the camera loves her. So as we wrapped up our last look, another person approached and tried booking her. Once again, she apologized and said she was flying out right after this shoot. I told her she should come back and just hang around South Pointe Park and she would probably rack up a ton of modeling jobs. It made me feel good that I had the hottest model out there that day.

Once we finished, I finally looked at my watch and told her we had time for a bite before her flight. Her eyes lit up and said “YES” So I told her about a cool South Beach restaurant called Big Pink which was close by, thankfully because we were both starving.

The menu looked like a candy store. Don’t let her fit figure fool you, Tawny is a big time food lover too. Both of us ordered a huge burger. We got a good laugh when we started taking Instagram pics when they served us the burgers. If you follow me on Instagram you will know that I’m not into taking pics of my food, but had too this time. It was big and looked amazing!

Before we started eating, I thought to myself that she’ll take a bit or two and leave the rest. NOPE! Tawny ate every bit of it. I was amazed, the girl can eat and she was not finished. I jokingly told her she can order any desert she wanted for doing such a great job that day. She got so excited and ordered us this huge brownie with all kinds of topping. It tasted amazing. Kudos to Big Pink in Miami Beach, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a huge meal that tastes great.

After we finished eating, we took off to the Miami airport completely stuffed and with huge smiles on our faces. I dropped her off and thanked her for an amazing morning. I cannot wait to work with her again really soon.

Q: Describe your bikini for the shoot?

Vanity Bikini – I loved this bikini because it’s very colorful and playful, it was perfect for our sunrise shoot.

Maria Del Carmen Bikini – This bikini is the perfect Spring Bikini on the beach. The bikini has colorful straps and flowers attached to it to give it that girly look. I love it!

Old Navy – It’s black and white, classy and sexy for any bikini occasion.

Old Navy – This gold striped bikini was perfectly used for our shoot because we shot it with the landscapes around the beach. The landscapes were very tropical and warm, perfect for a gold bikini!

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

I started freelance modeling when I was just about to turn 19. One day I was going through my mail and discovered that a model manager wanted to work with me. From then on she has gotten me signed with agencies and published in several publications.

Q: What was your first big break in the industry?

That’s a tough one because I would say almost everything that happened to me last year really boosted my career like Sports Illustrated, FHM, Coed, Guyism and shooting for Transformers.

Q: Not including shooting with us, what has been your favorite job so far?

Yes, shooting with you guys was absolutely awesome! One of my other favorite jobs was shooting for Pink Lipstick. I’m currently on their Summer Campaign.

Q: What has been your favorite place on the planet to shoot and why?

It’s a tie between the Bahamas and South Beach. The reason for those places is because they are on the beach. You could basically call me a beach bum, I really feel at home when shooting there.

Q: What is your favorite swimwear company or companies and why do you like their swimsuits?

I really love Agent Provocateur Swimwear because their cuts and designs are very sexy. Another swimwear line is Red Carter, his designs are very elegant and tasteful.

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself that most people do not know (the quirkier, the better!)?

I love a good TV series like The Walking Dead, Dexter and Breaking Bad. I could watch those shows for hours!

Q: If you could be doing any job in the world for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

It’s what I’m doing now, traveling to beautiful places and shooting. I love trying new things and experiencing different cultures. I feel so lucky to have such opportunities.

This is the End would be my favorite. I could not stop laughing throughout the whole movie.

Q: What Super Powers would you like to have and how would you use it?

That’s easy, my superpower would be transporting. There have been several times I wish I was somewhere right then and there. I would travel all over the place.

Panera’s Green Tea is delicious!! If we are speaking about alcoholic beverages then I would have to say a glass of Pinot Noir. It’s not just delicious, but healthy as well.

Q: What does Fashion mean to you?

Fashion to me means art that is put together to make an ensemble.

Q: What models do you look to for inspiration and/or admire and why?

I really like Emily Ratajkowski. She is killing it right now!

Q: Favorite designer and why?

Michael Costello, his gowns are so breathtaking. I cannot wait to wear one of his pieces.

Q: What celebrity do you resemble or get mistaken for the most?

For the longest time I would get Adriana Lima, especially when shooting.

As you can see by this super awesome Jade Kastl video, we made her our June 2014 Model of the Month for obvious reasons. Jade is a drop dead gorgeous blonde with a very fun and witty sense of humor.

Jade Kastl Sexy St. Paddy’s Day 2014

Kastl was our Sexy St. Paddy’s Day Girl this year, which was the first time I had met her. We had such a great time shooting that video which lead to her selection as Model of the Month. Jade has been featured in campaigns for Heat Swimwear, Anani Jeans and Zoologico Vallarta. and can be seen in Surprise Homecoming on TLC.

Unlike our previous shoot which was in my studio, we decided to catch a early sunrise on Fort Lauderdale Beach and then head over to downtown by the river to shoot once the sun got too high.

The morning started out with smiles all around, we had a happy model, happy hair/make up artist and a beautiful sunrise. We shot two looks on the beach by Mora Girls along the water’s edge then found a little playground on the beach with a slide. Jade had lots of fun playing with that slide and we loved shooting it. Then I got her into the water to finish off the second look in the ocean.

We went back to the studio to get her makeup freshened up by Tami Donaldson of Hey Gorgeous Make Up! then off to a park in downtown Fort Lauderdale to finish off the other two looks by Ripple Swimwear.

We had a beautiful day at the park. There are lots of cool spots to use for backgrounds. Jade would joke around and do lots of little dances as we shot which looked awesome on video. We had her climb up in a tree to test her inner Tom Boy, she passed with flying colors!

Q: Describe your bikinis for the shoot?

I wore four amazing bikinis for this shoot. The first was a light grey leopard thong bikini by Mora Girls Surf Boutique. I loved this suit because it fit perfectly and the grey leopard pattern was adorable. The second suit I wore was an olive green bikini with a multicolored knitted top, also by Mora Girls Surf Boutique. I loved the scrunch bottom of this suit and the quality of the knitted detail on the top. The third suit I wore was a yellow and blue bikini by Ripple Swimwear. The shimmer snake pattern on this suit was so gorgeous and I loved the twisty top paired with the cheeky bottoms. The final bikini I wore for this shoot was a pink, purple and zebra fringe bikini, also by Ripple Swimwear. This suit really fit my personality and style – the bold pattern mixed with a bohemian style fringe top and cheeky scrunch bottoms was perfect for me! I also got to wear beautiful bracelets from Rose Gonzales that complimented my looks.

Q: Most memorable moment on the shoot (Tell me about the day)?

The most memorable moment on the shoot was when I tried to go down the slide in the kiddie park and my big butt got stuck halfway down the slide. We were filming part of the video segment when it happened but luckily the cameras weren’t rolling so I never have to relive that embarrassment.

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

I started modeling when I was eleven years old. I was scouted at a football game and was asked to attend an open casting call at an agency downtown and that is where my modeling career began.

Q: Not including shooting with us, what has been your favorite job so far?

My favorite job so far was definitely when I flew to Mexico to do a photoshoot for El Zoologico Vallarta because I got to pose with a baby lion, a baby tiger, and a baby jaguar. Best job ever!

Q: What has been your favorite place on the planet to shoot and why?

I loved shooting in Times Square in New York City. Manhattan is my favorite city in the world so I was ecstatic to be able to shoot at such a famous location there.

Q: What is your favorite swimwear company or companies and why do you like their swimsuits?

I love Triangle Swimsuits because they have the cutest bikinis and every suit I order from them somehow fits perfectly every time.

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself that most people do not know (the quirkier, the better!)?

When I drink I get a really strong Southern accent, and when I laugh really hard I snort… not in a cute way either, like the kind of snort that makes everyone else stop laughing and shift uncomfortably.

Q: If you could be doing any job in the world for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

I would be a famous food critic. Like so esteemed that famous chefs would pay me to eat in their five star restaurants. That seriously sounds like the best job in the world.

Q: What is your favorite movie of all time and why?

My favorite movie is The Godfather because I can relate to it. I know how it feels to be a gangster.

I would like to have the power to fall asleep with my eyes open, that way I can nap during work without anyone knowing and it would also give me rest.

I laugh so hard at my own jokes that the calories just burn right up.

I can’t choose one favorite food that’s impossible but my three favorites are bread, cheese, and dark chocolate. Those are the three main food groups in my diet and I eat them every day. Sometimes multiple times a day. Don’t judge me.

Non-alcoholic? Sweet tea.

Q: What does Fashion mean to you?

Fashion means I can’t dress like a confused homeless person every day and therefore I kind of hate it. HOWEVER I do love when other people dress me in fashionable outfits, it’s just not a skill I have developed for myself yet.

I really admire Adriana Lima because she is just the essence of perfection. Seriously, I worship her. She is my moon goddess.

Q: Favorite designer and why?

Emmalee Matlock because her designs are inspired by the city of Nashville which is where I grew up!

Q: What celebrity do you resemble or get mistaken for the most?

Some people say I remind them of Carrie Underwood, then I start singing one of her songs and they immediately regret and retract their compliment.

We made gorgeous Asian beauty Sunshine Shen our July 2014 Model of the Month. I was super excited to shoot Sunshine with her exotic look that afternoon and was already pumped from our morning shoot with Jade Kastl for our June Model of the Month.

I loved our crew that entire day with Tami Donaldson doing Hair and Make Up. I was constantly surrounded by beauty.

We started along a pathway to this private beach near my condo. Many on lookers were out that day and would walk by with big smiles on their faces as we conducted our shoot.

Sunshine was a little shy at the beginning but then blossomed as the shoot went on.

Shooting late afternoon is a little more challenging because we are already racing to finish everything we need before the sun sets. So we were really moving in between looks.

Sunshine’s last shot was one of my favorites of the day. Her bright colored bikini and the surf breaking behind her was amazing. The waves were pretty decent size that day. She got knocked over a few times by the surf. I could not help but laugh each time it would happen. But she was a trooper and kept going. I look forward to shooting her again really soon.

Sunshine was named the Foxy Lady of the Day by Fox Sports on July 29th.

The most memorable moment would have to be when we took some shoots at sunset it was so pretty and the pictures turned out great!

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

I started modeling about 2 years ago I was discovered when I was selected to be in the 2013 Hooters calendar back in 2010

Q: What was your first big break in the industry?

I am currently lining up a Playboy testshoot for Playmate. My first big break would be when I was discovered by Hef’s closest friend and personal physician Mark Sagnoir at the Playboy Halloween party. Since then I been very close with the Playboy family.

Q: Not including shooting with us, what has been your favorite job so far?

Body painting shoot with John Neyrot would have to be my favorite shoot so far!

Q: What has been your favorite place on the planet to shoot and why?

Hawaii because it’s just so beautiful! We had the honor of shooting in the famous Maui mansion which belong to the world renown marine artist Christian Lassen.

I love video games I am team Playstation all the way! I can translate Latin and my favorite novel right now would have to be the Divergent series. Oh and I love Games of Thrones!

It would be becoming a international model because it combines both my passion for modeling and traveling!

Making natural beauty Brittainy Taylor a Model of the Month has been over a year in the making, so it was really awesome when we got to make it happen this past August. If Brittainy looks familiar, she has basically been one of the faces of the Hooters brand for the past several years including several Hooters Calendar and magazine appearances. Taylor was also featured in the Hooters Gruden Training Camp 2014 commercial which aired nationwide.

We have been trying to coordinate making this happen since July 2013, however our schedules were never able to line up. I caught up again with Brittainy in Las Vegas this past July at the 2014 Miss Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant which we covered for the second year in a row. She was getting inducted into the Hooters Girls Hall of Fame. Lucky for us, she had some time right after the trip to get the shoot in just a day before the month ended.

The day started with and early wake up call to catch the sunrise, so the coffee was an obvious first order of the day. I knew it was going to be a great shoot once I started watching makeup artist Tami Donaldson of Hey Gorgeous Make Up get Brittainy ready. We raced out to the beach and were rewarded with a colorful sky.

This being the first time Brittainy and I worked together. I found her to be extremely easy to work with and the camera absolutely fell in love with her look! We had fun that day after borrowing a 4-Wheel ATV from one of the lifeguards to add to the shoot. The guy had the biggest smile watching Brittany model with his bike. She jumped on the back of the quad-runner for a ride up and down the beach.

After we finished, we took off for the pier which was a bit crowded with a ton of onlookers. Mostly tourists in amazement watching a live photo shoot in progress with such a beautiful model as Brittainy. The highlight of the shoot was filming Brittainy getting wet, splashing and rolling at the waters edge. It made for amazing video footage!

Q: Describe your bikini for the shoot and why you like that particular style, cut, etc.

My style for the shoot was actually sponsored by Mora Girls Surf Boutique, and it was the perfect compliment to my everyday style: chic, earthy, island baby. I also threw in my Montce bikini; the red color and the custom cut make the goods look… Good!

Q: Most memorable moment on the shoot (Tell me about the day)?

Most memorable moment had to have been the undercover mini shoot on the street with Neyrot. We had the crew look “inconspicuous” and remained incognito while grabbing a few awesome snaps!

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

I started in Philadelphia and really I have been supported and started thanks to Hooters and 93.3 WMMR. In the same year I shot for both of their calendars, entered they’re contests, spoke for their media, and represented their brand. I even ran my own thanks to them!

Q: What was your first big break in the industry

It would definitely have to be my first show with Hooters. The first year I started I was galavanting the country doing commercial shoots, snowboarding Aspen in a bikini, swimming in the clear blue, strutting swimwear on TV, and signing autographs all thanks to the Orange and White!

Q: Not including shooting with us, what has been your favorite job so far?

That’s a tough call, but I would say my favorite gig has been filming my first movie called Death 2 Hipsters. I had the chance to play a bad-ass hipster killer!

Q: What has been your favorite place on the planet to shoot and why?

Definitely St. Thomas and the Virgin Islands. What an incredible place with so many different layouts, white sand beaches, and crystal blue waters!

Q: What is your favorite swimwear company or companies and why do you like their swimsuits?

I really love the Minimale Animal right now. I love modern simplicity and they get it!

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself that most people do not know (the quirkier, the better!)?

I’m a huge nerd. Seriously. I love science, art, and history. I originally went to school for video games. I love being a hippie and just hanging out eating popcorn with Hot Sauce watching SportCenter.

Q: If you could be doing any job in the world for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

I live a pretty amazing life with the opportunities I have now. The only thing left would be to build my own business again. I want the opportunity to build something from scratch again, give others opportunities, and be able to enhance my charitable giving.

My favorite? Really? There are so many. What genre? What year? CGI or real life?! Okay if I had to choose at this moment it would probably be Eat Pray Love. I’ve been on a spiritual self-discovery journey myself lately, I can relate to the film and book on so many levels.

I already have superpowers. I’m a crime fighting ninja assassin with double jointed thumbs.

Q: What does Fashion mean to you?

It means life! I love pinning new styles and checking the local boutiques.

I currently am obsessive over Chrissy Teigen. She’s a Thai bombshell with a zest for life, holds nothing back, impeccable style, soup master, and proves that love and success can go together.

I actually don’t have a favorite designer. I’m much more of a one of a kind boutiquer.

Resemblance I would say Sarah Shahi from Fairly Legal. But I have heard my quirkiness and unrefined tactics resembles Sandra Bullock.

I was super pumped to film this video of Heather Widle for our September 2014 Model of the Month feature. If Heather looks familiar, she is currently featured in Florida Powerboat Club Magazine as well as on their website and TV show which is airs on Sun Sports.

Heather models for Pango-Pango, Gia Macool Swimwear and Guria Beachwear. She was also a Maxim’s Hometown Hottie contestant. We let Heather know we wanted her as our September Model of the Month while she was on hosting duties with us in Las Vegas during our trip to cover the 2014 Miss Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant. So we decided to shoot in August a few weeks after we got back from nonstop work/partying for 10 days straight at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

Heather is a good friend and we have worked together several times in the past including on this shoot with Gia Macool Swimwear so I knew right off the bat it would be a blast. Having an established relationship with a model always makes the day easier as we already know what to expect from each other.

We were risking the shoot by picking an afternoon call time because getting through Miami traffic can be difficult at the best of times but Heather is her own makeup artist so that saved us an hour or so. The weather was grey but we were determined to have a great shoot. I must admit I prayed for a little sun and thankfully, by our third look of the day our prayers were answered as the hot Miami sun broke through the clouds. The afternoon sun gave a beautiful warm orange light for the rest of our shoot.

Heather was incredible that day, we just keep shooting until we caught every last drop of the beautiful sunset. We ended the day with a big hug and a smile, as we knew it was a perfect end to a great day.

Q: Describe your bikini for the shoot and why you like that particular brand/style?

I actually had four bikinis for this shoot, two were from Pango-Pango Swimwear, a local bikini designer that I’ve modeled for and I am a long time customer of them because they do custom bikinis, which are good for swimwear models. The bikinis fit perfectly and then you don’t have to worry about having the same bikini as another girl. They take very good care of me at Pango-Pango Swimwear. I can walk in their shop, pick out the fabric, choose the design/cut, the hard wear (Bling) and have them make it. Depending on how busy they are, I can pick it up within the week!

I have also modeled for another company Guria Beachwear (Brazilian line) which was the black Brazilian cut scrunch bottoms that I wore with a crocheted knit and sequinned top I bought, believe it or not, at Walgreens or CVS. Guria Beachwear has a lot of different styles and fabrics I like.

Last but not least, the itsy-bitsy teeny weenie black polka dot bikini (G-string) is from Gia Macool Swimwear. Her line is just as sexy as she is.

I honestly can admit that I have a bikini addiction! I live in them! I think I’ve acquired about 300 and still going!

Q: Most memorable moment on the shoot?

Well two things:

1) My younger sister is a rookie photographer so I asked if she could come and assist John Neyrot so luckily he said yes and she got to do the behind the scenes pics which I thought was cool to have my sister there.

2) I’m originally from Miami so it was awesome for me to shoot near my hometown and the pretty sunset with the view of the skyline was epic.

I started modeling about 13 years ago. I would say Hooters opened those doors for me.

Q: What was your first big break in the industry?

The very first published thing I was featured in was the Hooters Deck of cards. I was Lucky #7, the 7 of diamonds to be exact.

Q: Not including shooting with us, what has been your favorite job so far?

I honestly love it all! From Hooters, to the Tropic Beauty Calendar, to Florida PowerBoat Club Magazine, to swimwear lines, to fitness, and promotional modeling. I’m a petite, a shorty, so I mostly do swimwear.

Q: What is your drink of choice?

Depends on the occasion but I like Wine, Tequila, Vodka, Champagne, I’m not really a beer girl, but on certain occasions I might be the one instigating a shotgun contest…just saying

Q: What does Fashion mean to you?

I LOVE fashion, at one point I wanted to be a designer. I love getting dressed up, I love shopping, and its very important to me to be wearing the appropriate outfit for the occasion and venue. Plus it’s how you present yourself. When it comes to hair, makeup, and attire I’m kind of a perfectionist.

Q: Which celebrity do you resemble or get mistaken for the most?

When I was younger and blonde, Michelle Pfeiffer or as a brunette Giada De Laurentis from the Food Network and Olivia Wilde.

We lucked out on our recent trip in September to Jamaica for the Paradise Challenge Open because we ended up catching the shuttle to Hedonism II with the gorgeous International Playboy Model Marissa Everhart.

With over 70 girls to consider, we all had Everhart at the top of the list and were stoked to be able to book a slot with her since we knew she would be in demand by all of the great photographers attending.

Greg, John and myself have seen several photographs of Marissa and were dying to shoot her so the 2 hour ride to the resort was the perfect time to chat with her before we decided to pull the trigger on making her a Model of the Month. We found Everhart to be very funny, sweet and obviously beautiful so it was a resounding yes when I asked Greg and John if we should do it.

“It was great to meet Marissa a few minutes after arriving in Jamaica,” stated BikiniTeam.tv photographer Greg Hunter. “I was excited to shoot her as my first Model of the Month feature for BikiniTeam.com.”

We shot Marissa in several bikinis by MoraGirls.com and one by ChicMeBoutique.com as well as some jewelry from RoseGonzales.com.

“It was great for me to watch another photographer and close friend Greg Hunter in action,” stated BikiniTeam.tv Co-Founder John Neyrot. “He shot the stills and I captured the video. We made a great team that day running all over the resort shooting away.”

It was clear from the onset of the photo shoot that Everhart was a seasoned pro in front of the camera.

Hunter went on to say: “Marissa moved very well and was easy to shoot. She knows her body and how to pose. We spent a good 4 hours shooting before the sunset. We kept the shoot fun with music and cocktails!”

It was awesome for me to watch Greg and John take care of business while I acted as the Cabana Boy running back and forth between the pool bar and the set. I was able to get some great Social Media posts of Marissa in between takes too.

Neyrot went on to say: “My favorite part of the shoot was when Marissa wore a bright multi-colored swimsuit. We filmed along side the Hedonism dock and had music blaring out of a wireless speaker she held in her hand, as she danced to it. You could tell she was having all sorts of fun. Hedonism II was an amazing location to shoot at, I soon won’t forget.”

We ended our shoot with Marissa Everhart posing during a beautiful Jamaica sunset overlooking the Caribbean. The pics and video were so sexy that BroBible.com featured her on October 2nd and the next day Marissa was made the Foxy Lady of the Day by Fox Sports.

We conducted an interview the other day with 2014 Miss Hooters International Top 10 Finalist Pamela Jean Noble from Ontario, California.

Q: Describe your bikini for the shoot and why you like that particular style, cut, etc?

My bikini was lime green completely covered in crystals! It had diamond connectors and is a Brazilian cut bottom all made by Fresh Peaches!

Q: Most memorable moment on the shoot (Tell me about the day)?

I think the best part was hanging with all the other Hooters Girls! We had a very early morning but we all got to talk and it was such an amazing day! I have a picture with Meagan one of the other ladies in top 10 and we are hugging each other and you can just see how happy we are in our faces to be in that moment!

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

I started modeling at 20 years old. A makeup artist thought I should try it. She set up my first shoot and the very next month I was shooting for Surf Illustrated Magazine and was published in the same issue as Holly Madison (another former Hooters Girl).

Q: What was your first big break in the industry?

Probably starting modeling for Tapout. They opened so many doors for me and they were an amazing company to work for!

Q: Not including shooting with us, what has been your favorite job so far?

3 years ago, I worked with a company and just had to go to a couple parties to walk the red carpet to represent them and go to the Super Bowl!

Q: What has been your favorite place on the planet to shoot and why?

Has to be Australia! I traveled there for a bikini shoot for the cover of a magazine. It was unreal!

Q: What is your favorite swimwear company or companies and why do you like their swimsuits?

I normally always wear Fresh Peaches. They have been there for me since the beginning.

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself that most people do not know?

My mom doesn’t have fingerprints and mine are not very prominent. We used to have a fingerprint system at Hooters to ring things in and I would ring in as other people all the time.

Q: If you could be doing any job in the world for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

Fitness competitor I’m already doing it and it makes me so happy!

Q: What Super Powers would you like to have and how would you use it?

I would love to have the power of speed! I could everything done so fast and have more time to enjoy my days. Time is something you can never buy!

Q: What are the Top 3 songs playing on your iPod right now?

Q: What is your workout routine if any?

I work out every day for my competitions. I have a coach Cote with Octane and he plans all my workouts and what I eat. We are hoping I turn pro this year!

Q: Favorite food and how often do you eat it?

I love sweets! White chocolate and red velvet anything unfortunately for me I can’t indulge very often because everything counts when you’re getting ready for a bodybuilding show!

Q: What is your drink of choice?

When I do drink I like Dos XX, red wine, or snakebites!

Q: What does Fashion mean to you?

I love comfy, sports bras and spandex are amazing. But I also like to get dolled up in dresses. I get a lot of my stuff from Raw Glitter.

Q: What models do you look to for inspiration and/or admire and why?

I love fitness models so Chady Dunmore, Ashley Horner, and Amanda Latona.

Q: Favorite designer and why?

Steve Madden I’m obsessed with his shoes.

Q: What celebrity do you resemble or are mistaken for the most?

I am told at least once a week I look like the Bella Twins from WWE.

Q: Where can we see you next? Do you have any upcoming events, photo shoots or appearances that your fans can see you at soon?

I was just named 1st runner up for Physique of the Year 2015 for Fitness Gurls Magazine so I will have 3 features with them this year. Kaboom Magazine put me in their Hot 100 for 2015 so you’ll have to look for that to see what number I got as well! And I just shot a commercial for Converse! Great start to 2015!

Q: You have new customers to Hooters, in Ontario, what on the menu do you recommend to eat, drink and where they should go party after to meet some lovely ladies?

Get Buffalo Chicken Sliders tossed in Chipotle Honey and provolone cheese, tropical L.I.T. to drink. And if they have never been to the Brandin Iron you have to go!

Q: You’re an MMA Ring girl, who are your favorite fighters?

Gosh I have too many. I guess I’ll go old school and say Randy Couture and BJ Penn.

We got to meet the beautiful Jenell Hendrix while in Las Vegas for the 2014 Miss Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant. BikiniTeam.tv host Tyler Suess drug Jenell along when we were creating the opening for one of our videos and the camera loved her! We decided to bring her with us to Jamaica a few months later to attend the Paradise Challenge OPEN.

“I met Jenell at the Hooters International Pageant and was immediately taken back by her beauty,” stated BikiniTeam.TV Co-Founder John Neyrot. “I knew instantly she was Model of Month material. Jamaica during the Paradise Challenge turned out to be the perfect place to shoot with all the beautiful scenery. The camera loves Jenell and she was so easy to work with. We had a blast running around Hedonism II getting the footage I needed. She was the first model we shot with using our new drone too!”

Jenell has been featured in the last three Hooters Calendars and competed in the pageant in 2012 as well as 2014. She is also in the hit show Empire which is currently airing on FOX.

“I was a big fan of Jenell before meeting her in Jamaica from her Vegas shoot with John,” stated swimwear photographer Greg Hunter. “I was stoked to find out she was joining us there and I was getting to work with her for the Model of the Month feature on BikiniTeam.com. Jenell made the shoot fun and easy with her sense of humor but what stood out to me was her confidence in front of the camera.  She’s very relaxed when shooting and knows how to move and pose. I had a blast working with her and hanging out all week during the Paradise Challenge!”

As it turned out, Jenell beat out 60+ models and won the Paradise Challenge obstacle course earning her a stone and a trip back to Hedonism II this September for Paradise Challenge OPEN 2015!

Q: Describe your bikini for the shoot and why you like that particular style, cut, etc?

Two of the bikinis I’m wearing for the shoot are from Mora Girls, which is the green bikini and the purple bikini. I really loved both of them being those are two of my favorite colors and I really like the material of the bikinis! It was a stretchy comfortable feel yet fits nicely and conformed to my body. I like how the green bikini’s bottoms were like a boy cut style with the scrunch butt and I like the T-back/Thong style of the purple bikini’s bottoms. The different options allowed me to get whatever I was comfortable wearing in the moment. The other two bikinis I wore were from Peach Buns. I really like their suits! I usually wear them for my pageants. The white bikini has an elegant look with the sequin pattern and gold trim. The pink bikini is bedazzled with white gems that makes it stand out! I loved all the bikinis chosen for the shoot because all of them were different and gave a different feel for the atmosphere for the shoot.

Q: Most memorable moment on the shoot (Tell me about the day)?

The most memorable day shooting was when we took a boat to shoot on a small island about 20 mins on the water away from the beach of Nigril. We got to shoot in front of the sunset, which was so beautiful! It was peaceful hearing the waves and seeing the water splash on the rocks. Yet a little spooking walking around an island I had no clue what was out there. I was hoping to see a mermaid or something cool!

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

I started modeling in 2005 doing locate runway shows for designers and fundraising events. When I started working at Hooters I got into the calendar and international swimsuit pageants. I joined a couple of talent agencies in Chicago to get more print work and acting opportunities.

Q: What was your first big break in the industry?

My big break most likely occurred when I won Miss Congeniality in the 2012 Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant! It got me noticed and then eventually a part on NBC’s Chicago PD’s first season.

Q: Not including shooting with us, what has been your favorite job so far?

Besides being a Hooters Girl. My favorite job I recently done was acting on FOX’s new TV series Empire, which premiered this month. It was so much fun and a great learning Experience working with director John Singleton and main actor Terrence Howard.

Q: What has been your favorite place on the planet to shoot and why?

My favorite place to shoot thus far is, of course, Jamaica. It was my first time out of the country! I loved the view! I loved the food! The people were so nice and helpful! Hedonism II is such a fun resort! They have awesome rooms, food, and entertainment! Plus, I love shooting with BikiniTeamTV! And I’m so excited I won a gem to go back a second time!

Q: What is your favorite swimwear company or companies and why do you like their swimsuits?

My favorite style of bikinis, besides the ones I wore, would have to be Drea’s, from basketball wives, collection called Mint Suits. I like the different styles she has and the edginess, and the different cuts/patterns and colors.

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself that most people do not know (the quirkier, the better!)?

Something a lot of people don’t know about me is in my free time I play video games or play dress-up and dance in the mirror! I always make up dance routines or pretend I’m dancing with artist like Michael Jackson to Beyonce. I really perform, like I’m having my own concert in my room.

Q: If you could be doing any job in the world for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

My dream job would be to Host my own television show geared to educating, encouraging and empowering kids/young adults! I want them to be able to dream and believe their dream can come true! I feel children aren’t able to dream anymore and a put down by harsh realities of life. But if I can, I want to represent that light/goal/example that you can be and do whatever your heart desires if u can just believe it!

Q: What is your favorite movie of all time and why?

I have so many favorite movies! I really loved stand of comedy and I love music. So it’s a tie between Eddie Murphy’s Delirious and Prince’s Purple Rain. I can watch those movies over and over. I still laugh at every joke Eddie Murphy tells and I dance to every song performed on Purple Rain.

Q: What Super Powers would you like to have and how would you use it?

If I had to chose a super power it would be to fly! I would fly everywhere. I would never have to drive a car because I hate traffic. I would go all over the world. See as many places I want to see and experience all types of cultures and learn the world.

Q: What are the Top 3 songs playing on your iPod right now?

Top three songs are “Blow” by Beyonce, “PYT” by Michael Jackson, and “Good Kisser” by Usher

Q: What is your work out routine if any?

My workout is Dancing in the Mirror. That’s my cardio! It’s entertaining plus my favorite hobby.

Q: Favorite food and how often do you eat it?

Pepperoni pizza is my favorite food and weakness. I could eat it everyday!

Whiskey is my drink of choice. “Bad Girl Brown” is what I call her.

The word fashion means to me edgy and creation. It allows a person to express themselves and make a statement.

Q: What models do you look to for inspiration and/or admire and why?

I look up to Tyra Banks. She has been modeling for years and her start she was told she wasn’t good enough and would never make it or that she doesn’t fit in with the traditional look but she fought past that! She was the cover of Sports Illustrated to acting to having her own TV shows, a Talk Show and Reality Show!

Q: Favorite designer and why?

My favorite designer.. Well I don’t really have a favorite designer but I love red bottom shoes and my favorite place to shop is H&M.

Q: What celebrity do you resemble or get mistaken for the most?

The celebrity that I hear I look the most like is singer Ciara.

We just finished interviewing the Fourth Runner Up in the 2014 Miss Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant Sable Robbert from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Q: Describe your bikini for the shoot and why you like that particular style, cut, etc?

I wore a turquoise sequined, leopard print bikini from Waterbabies. The color really helps my eyes pop and all my friends tell me I have a feline personality so the leopard print was a way to show off my personality. Plus Waterbabies does some of the best scrunch butt bottoms which in my opinion is the best thing that has happened to swimwear fashion!

Q: Most memorable moment on the shoot (Tell me about the day)?

Besides the obvious excitement of being in Vegas with gorgeous girls and amazing photographers, my brother, niece and nephew showed up toward the end of the shoot which was great. Being a role model for my niece and nephew, they got to see the benefits of my hard work and preparation.

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

Growing up playing with my mom’s heels and make up. I always wanted to model but with my 5’2″ stature I was always kind of discouraged. I did random lifestyle and bikini shoots for friends and aspiring photographers here and there, but Hooters is my main venue for modeling.

Q: Not including shooting with us, what has been your favorite job so far?

Hooters! I am obviously so grateful to this company which started off as a job I needed to support myself and my mother – and my education has now turned into a whirlwind of traveling, promotions, photo shoots, charity events, and pageants!

Q: What has been your favorite place on the planet to shoot and why?

I really like to shoot in the jetties of Fort Lauderdale. On one side you have a calm serene beach and on the other side you have a rugged sharp rock wall with waves crashing up against it! The pictures look like they could’ve been taken halfway around the world.

Q: What is your favorite swimwear company or companies and why do you like their swimsuits?

I really like Chyna Dolls Swimwear. They are not too expensive, they fit my body just right, and they have every style from basic to wild. I can wear them for bikini contests, photo shoots, or just relaxing on the beach with friends.

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself that most people do not know (the quirkier, the better!)?

Other than my raspy voice probably my dirty sense of humor and how little I take myself seriously. I’m not that girl that posts a million sexy face selfies – you get one or two serious selfies of me and then eyes are crossed, tongue is coming out and silly faces are happening!

Q: If you could be doing any job in the world for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

I would love to be a radio host. I love to talk and I like to think that I’m witty and funny enough to be able to entertain people for hours on end every day. Plus this raspy voice would be unmistakable!

Q: What is your favorite movie of all time and why?

Stepbrothers. Not only is Will Ferrell super hilarious but I love that they take a serious situation and give it a ridiculous plot that still has a moral to it but helps us laugh through it!

Q: What Super Powers would you like to have and how would you use it?

I wish I could breathe underwater. I love being in the ocean and especially living in South Florida, the worst ever is having to come up for air right as some cool wildlife swims by.

Q: What is your workout routine if any?

I love Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, gymnastics, and good old-fashioned cardio. (Running, rollerblading, biking, etc.) I just like to be as active as possible!

Q: Favorite food and how often do you eat it?

Nachos. I like every and any kind of Mexican food but nachos are my favorite! I can never turn them down and I’m never not in the mood to eat them! In fact I had a big plate of nachos after the pageant! I probably eat them at least 2/3 times a week!

Q: What is your drink of choice?

Red bull (non-alcoholic) or…Margarita on a beach!

Q: What does Fashion mean to you?

Fashion to me is art and art is all about expression. Fashion is not only a way to show off but a way to express your mood or personality! I’m a simple girl, my favorite fashion is a good hot bikini and some sexy shades!

Q: What models do you look to for inspiration and/or admire and why?

I really admire Rachel Mortenson, not only did she judge the pageant, but she was a Hooters Girl in the pageant just like me and now she’s taking over the world with her modeling! She’s stunning, intelligent and down to earth just like a true Hooters Girl!

Q: Favorite designer and why?

Betsy Johnson! She’s wild and crazy and like a big kid! Which is exactly how I feel about myself! Plus I love all her bags!

Q: What celebrity do you resemble or get mistaken for the most?

Michelle Pfeiffer

Q: Where can we see you next? Do you have any upcoming events, photo shoots or appearances that your fans can see you at soon?

As of now I’ve been doing promotional modeling for some bars and restaurants in Fort Lauderdale (Royal Pig Pub and LuLu’s) and of course any Hooters-related shoot I can be a part of!

Q: You have new customers to Hooters, in Fort Lauderdale, what on the menu do you recommend to eat, drink and where they should go party after to meet some lovely ladies?

To drink, I’d recommend our $5 Margaritas or our Tropical Long Island, and to eat, our Buffalo Shrimp or Honey Thai wings. The girls will either be at a local bar Rickey’s, American Social or Rocco’s Tacos in downtown Fort Lauderdale, or of course the Hard Rock! Some of these girls can really gamble!

Q: Describe your bikini for the shoot and why you like that particular style, cut, etc. Be as specific as possible with the brand name and even the suit name if you know it.

I love that it was made for me personally.  When they were done it seemed to bring out the best parts of my waist and behind. Intimissimi was the brand, bright red like the color on the Hungarian flag.

Q: Most memorable moment on the shoot (Tell me about the day)?

I was really enjoying the shoot but actually my favorite part was when the photographer told me that I was a natural and that I like the camera and the camera likes me. From a professional it felt really good to hear.

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

I have never done modeling in my life.  The people who “discovered” me are the owners of Hooters Budapest.

Q: What was your first big break in the industry?

When in Budapest, Hungary they started using my face for advertisements all around the city. This has been followed by all kinds of modeling jobs.

Q: What has been your favorite place on the planet to shoot and why?

Las Vegas for the photo shoot was an experience that I will not forget.

Q. Tell us about the moment you were named Miss Hooters World?

It was an amazing moment, I never thought for one minute that I would win.  I went to Las Vegas to participate, to represent Hooters in Budapest and Chanticleer Holdings and to make Mike Pruitt and Alex Hemingway proud.  I was really excited to meet all these great girls from all over the world, they were amazing. When they called my name, I was in shock. I couldn’t believe it, I still dream about it.  It was amazing, me on stage being cheered on by the whole Hooters family. I am so proud and will be forever grateful.

Our beautiful blonde host Tyler Suess of Rockford, Illinois was a top finalists at the 2014 Miss Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant in Las Vegas. We caught up with her between shifts and classes to get this exclusive interview.

Q: Describe your bikini for the shoot and why you like that particular style, cut, etc. Be as specific as possible with the brand name and even the suit name if you know it.

My bikini was a royal blue Beach Bunny Swimwear bikini. It has gold and pearl dangles on the top straps and the hips. I liked that suit because it’s elegant and comfortable. When we have long shoots it’s important to be comfy or they feel even longer.

Q: Most memorable moment on the shoot (Tell me about the day)?

The entire experience was great. The video shoots are fun because you really get to be yourself. The group shots are amazing when the final product is finished!

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

I’ve actually been modeling since I was about 13. It was something I’ve always wanted to do. I was such a ham when I was little, my mom would lose me in department stores and find me posed next to the mannequins. Any time a camera was around I would run to the corner begging for my photo to be taken. When I was 17, I was scouted out by different agencies from around the world. I ultimately didn’t choose any of them because my mother was terminally ill with cancer and I wanted to stay with her. I don’t regret that decision one bit.

Q: What was your first big break in the industry?

I took a break from modeling for a while after my mom passed. After starting at Hooters I jumped back into it and it’s really been a great experience all around. I owe a lot of who I am today to both my mom and my time as a Hooters Girl.

Q: Not including shooting with us, what has been your favorite job so far?

My cover shoot for Viva Glam magazine has definitely been my most proud moment. I got teary-eyed during the shoot because it was literally a dream come true.

Q: What has been your favorite place on the planet to shoot and why?

Wow… I’ve been blessed with some amazing travels and shoots. I think Aspen if I had to choose just one. I love skiing and snowboarding so when I got the call that I was going to shoot AND snowboard I was ecstatic! It was a great experience. It’s a very cool thing to say I’m one of three members of the Hooters Calendar Board Team.

Q: What is your favorite swimwear company or companies and why do you like their swimsuits?

I’m a huge fan of Miranda Music from Peach Buns. She will custom create anything I need. Her suits are handmade and quality. I also enjoy Vizcaya. Lisa has been designing for a few years now and her suits are very unique!

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself that most people do not know (the quirkier, the better!)?

It actually took me three times to get hired at Hooters! Also, I’m a travel junkie. I filled my passport up this year and I’m hoping to fill the extra pages before it expires in 2017!

Q: If you could be doing any job in the world for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

I would love to host a show of any kind! Reality, talk show, game show, it really doesn’t matter! I love being in front of the camera… Shy is not a word to describe me. Hosting for BikiniTeamTV is so much fun. Not only because I get to do what I love but we get access to very cool locations and people.

Q: Describe your bikini for the shoot and why you like that particular style, cut, etc. Be as specific as possible with the brand name and even the suit name if you know it.

My bikini from the shoot was a Waterbabies bikini. I love all of their styles so I mainly buy Waterbabies. The style was Scrunch butt blue with pearls and sequins, and a brown sequin scrunch butt.

Q: Most memorable moment on the shoot (Tell me about the day)?

My most memorable moment was getting to play in the fountains and playing around with everyone. I love anything that I can have fun with.

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

I just recently got into modeling about a year ago. The Hooters swimsuit pageant in Vegas was my first time actually getting to shoot and ever since then it has been something that I realized I love doing and want to pursue.

Q: What was your first big break in the industry?

I don’t know if you could call it a big break but Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant was definitely the starting point to all of this and I am so grateful for that experience because it has truly changed my life.

Q: Not including shooting with us, what has been your favorite job so far?

My favorite part has been getting to travel and be a part of Hooters Calendar Tour. I never imagined I would be at this point. It is a very humbling experience.

Q: What is your favorite swimwear company or companies and why do you like their swimsuits?

My favorite is Waterbabies bikinis. I love all of her styles so I mainly buy Waterbabies.

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself that most people do not know (the quirkier, the better!)?

I feel like there isn’t a lot that people don’t know about me. I am pretty much an open book but if I had to choose I would say that I am not as girly as most people think. On camera I have my hair and nails done and I am on my best behavior but my everyday life is filled with watching sports and hunting and fishing. I was a big tom boy before all of this started up!

Q: If you could be doing any job in the world for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

My dream job is being a sports broadcaster! I am currently in school working on it. My two favorite sports to watch is baseball and basketball. I am a diehard Atlanta Braves fan and I can’t get enough of the Golden State Warriors—yes, I have an East Coast and a West Coast team!

Q: What is your favorite movie of all time and why?

My favorite movie of all time is “Gone with the Wind!” I think that the way Rhett Butler and Scarlett O’Hara are together is the sweetest thing in the world. I love everything about that movie.

Q: What Super Powers would you like to have and how would you use it?

My super power would be to have rhythm. Like I want to fight crime and instead of beating people up, I will just challenge them to dance offs. I want to be the Chuck Norris of dancing!

Q: What is your work out routine if any?

My workout routine involves a lot of walking at an incline and just trying to stay active throughout the day. I have started doing a lot of yoga as well.

Q: Favorite food and how often do you eat it?

My favorite food is anything southern fried! My favorite place to eat is Cracker Barrel and everything on their menu is my favorite food.

Q: What is your drink of choice?

My drink if choice is coffee. I tend to use a lot of energy throughout the day!

Q: What does Fashion mean to you?

Fashion to me is my favorite flannel and leggings. My closet is a colorful variety of flannel, I would make a hell of a lumber jack.

Q: What models do you look to for inspiration and/or admire and why?

I love Cameron Diaz. I love her personality and outlook on life and I can relate a lot to it. I think it is all in your attitude in front of the camera rather than your face.

Q: Favorite designer and why?

I don’t have a favorite designer. I’m more of a bargain hunter for sure.

Q: What celebrity do you resemble or get mistaken for the most?

I hear a lot of Olivia Wilde, if only I was as gorgeous as her!

Q: Where can we see you next? Do you have any upcoming events, photo shoots or appearances that your fans can see you at soon?

I just recently landed a spot as the host of a high school sports show in Chattanooga, called “High School Sports Zone,” so I am extremely excited.

Q: You have new customers to Hooters, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, what on the menu do you recommend to eat, drink and where they should go party after to meet some lovely ladies?

I would definitely recommend the Daytona shrimp and a cold beer because nothing beats it after a long day! As far as places in Chattanooga to go to, Raw Sushi Bar and Nightclub has always been a Chattanooga favorite.

We were fortunate to catch up with the busy and beautiful 2014 Miss Hooters International Second Runner Up Meagan Pastochik from North Charleston, South Carolina for this exclusive interview as she was waiting to catch her flight to shoot a commercial. Meagan has appeared in several social media campaigns for the company, as well as in the last two Hooters Calendars and you can expect to see a lot more of her in the near future.

Q: Describe your bikini for the shoot and why you like that particular style, cut, etc. Be as specific as possible with the brand name and even the suit name if you know it.

The bikini I used for the shoot was a Ravish Sands bikini! It’s a competition bikini that I had custom made. Their website allows you to pick the color fabric you want for the bikini and how many crystals you want on it. I designed one of the bling bikinis where the entire suit is covered in crystals!

Q: Most memorable moment on the shoot (Tell me about the day)?

My most memorable moment on the shoot with Bikini Team TV was the fact I was coming to terms with the fact that I was second runner up at the 2014 Miss Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant and shooting the Top Ten shoot! It was something I had dreamed about but never imagined it would ever happen to me!

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

I don’t think I was ever discovered, but maybe by my manager at Hooters who encouraged me to participate in our store bikini contest. That was the first time I had ever been on a stage and lead me to where I am today!

Q: What was your first big break in the industry?

I think this past summer placing second runner up at the 2014 Miss Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant was my first big break! It allowed me to get my face out there and allowed me to have more opportunities within my company.

Q: Not including shooting with us, what has been your favorite job so far?

Well, since I can’t say shooting with you all, I would have to say my first calendar shoot with Todd Ferran. That shoot I did with him back in 2013 lead me to getting Miss December in the Hooters Calendar. I was so nervous to be shooting only my second photo shoot but he really guided me and helped me learn how to pose for the camera to get a good shot!

Q: What has been your favorite place on the planet to shoot and why?

I haven’t shot very many places before, but I’d say I love doing little beach shoots on the beaches of Charleston, South Carolina. It’s home and I love making memories where I grew up and having pictures of me on the beach as a little girl and having some of where I am now. It reminds me of how far I truly have come.

Q: What is your favorite swimwear company or companies and why do you like their swimsuits?

I obviously love Ravish Sands because they’re one of a kind, but I also love Pinkini swimwear because they are very affordable and you can wear them out and about on a summer day, not just for a photo shoot or a competition.

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself that most people do not know (the quirkier, the better!)?

That’s a very good question. I’m not too sure. I feel like you’d have to ask my man or best friend, they probably catch me doing weird stuff daily that I’m not aware of, ha ha! I will say a lot of people think I’m weird for talking to my animals like they are my own children.

Q: If you could be doing any job in the world for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

Well, if I could do any job in the world I would like to work with less fortunate children in the U.S.  Teach them the importance of self worth and that no matter where you are now in life that if you work hard and stay focused you can do anything you set your mind to.

Q: What is your favorite movie of all time and why?

My favorite movie would have to be anything that Kevin Hart is involved with! I love comedy and love to laugh and any movie he is associated with I catch myself watching it over and over again.

Q: What Super Powers would you like to have and how would you use it?

If I could have a super power it would be to know what people were thinking. Sometimes people want to express their feelings or emotions and don’t know how to (me being on of those people) and I wish I could help understand why they are like that and what they want to say and help them learn to express themselves!

Q: What are the Top 3 songs playing on your iPod right now?

“That Sugar” by Maroon 5, “Thinking Outloud” by Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift’s “Shake it off” (I say I hate that song but I catch myself listening to it and singing it all of the time!)

Q: What is your work out routine if any?

I have a small frame so I feel like I should say I work out and eat healthy but…that’s far from what I do! I occasionally go for walks with my dog, and here and there do a few sit-ups at home but that’s about it. I have good genes (knock on wood) so let’s hope that’s all I have to do to keep the look I have. Working out is not something I enjoy whatsoever!

Q: Favorite food and how often do you eat it?

My favorite food is STEAK and I eat it about three times a week! I don’t eat fruit or veggies! I’m a steak and potatoes kind of girl!

Q: What is your drink of choice?

Coffee! I’m a full time student and part time employee so coffee everyday keeps me going.

Q: What does Fashion mean to you?

Fashion to me is a way someone expresses himself or herself. Whether through clothes, accessories, or even makeup, fashion is what you make it!

Q: What models do you look to for inspiration and/or admire and why?

I have always looked up to Tyra Banks because she broke so many modeling barriers. She worked hard to become successful and went on to create a brand of her own. She hosted her own TV show, “America’s Next Top Model,” which I grew up obsessively watching, where she was a huge advocate on teaching women how to love themselves in all shapes in sizes, and that beauty truly does come from within! I still look up to her to this day.

Q: Favorite designer and why?

Favorite designer? Hm…. I’m not one to wear designer clothing but I would have to say I do love looking at Paul Marciano’s collections. He designs high fashion for everyday wear. I’m a very southern girl and growing up in Charleston, the fashion is very casual. I always tell people you can be at dinner sitting next to a billionaire from Charleston and not even know it ‘cause they’re probably just wearing shorts, a polo and some flip-flops. Day-to-day, I love my pastel colors in the summer and spring and in the fall and winter, I love some jeans and boots!

Q: What celebrity do you resemble or get mistaken for the most?

I always get told, “you look and sound just like Mila Kunis.” Now, I do not see that one bit but ill take it as a compliment because she’s very beautiful!

Q: Where can we see you next? Do you have any upcoming events, photo shoots or appearances that your fans can see you at soon?

I’m actually on a plane right now to California to shoot the upcoming Hooters commercial. I am very excited about this! Also, I will be submitting photos again for the 2016 Hooters Calendar so fingers crossed I make it for a third year in a row!

Q: You have new customers to Hooters, in North Charleston, South Carolina, what on the menu do you recommend to eat, drink and where they should go party after to meet some lovely ladies?

I would say you made the right choice by coming to visit the North Charleston Hooters first because the group of girls I work with are absolutely amazing and I would guarantee that anyone would have a blast there! I would recommend one of Hooters specialty drinks, maybe a “Hooterade” or a “Perfect Patron” margarita for the ladies. For the guys probably a “Big Daddy” Bud Light or Sam Adams! To eat, I would say some breaded Daytona wings with a side of ranch and some curly fires!

Downtown Charleston was voted the #1 city in the world this past year, and two years ago was voted “Most Beautiful People” in America! There is always something to do and beautiful women to meet!

We were very blessed to meet exotic beauty Tatiania Eriksen this past year at the Paradise Challenge Open in Jamaica were we shot her December 2014 Model of the Month feature. As you can see by this video, Tatiania turned up the heat at Hedonism II Resort in Nigril.

“Tatiania is a very free spirit,” stated BikiniTeam.TV Co-Founder John Neyrot. “She was easy to work with and willing to try anything to get the shot. So much so, that she got body painted for one of the looks we needed for her Model of the Month feature.”

Eriksen has been featured in the Las Vegas Magazine and the Playboy Lingerie Edition as well as appeared on CSI Las Vegas.

Neyrot went on to say: “One thing I noticed that day we shot was that Tatiania was always smiling. Even between shots. It was contagious and I couldn’t help but smiling myself. I loved working with her and hope to cross paths with her again soon.”

Our video and pics of Ericksen were featured by BroBible.com and Tatiania was also made the Foxy Lady of the Day on FoxSports.com both in December.

Q: Describe your bikini for the shoot and why you like that particular style, cut, etc. Be as specific as possible with the brand name and even the suit name if you know it.

For my shoot I wore a black bikini with Diamond Bling studs, what girl doesn’t like Bling Bling? I also wore a bikini by Doll Swimwear, I just absolutely love their line. My favorite would have to be Veve Swimwear, I love how colorful the swimsuit was as well as the unique ties.

Q: Most memorable moment on the shoot (Tell me about the day)?

Well don’t know if its the best of the memorable moments but getting bit by what I think was fire ants on the tree was shocking! You gotta be a pro in order to keep shooting and smile and look sexy all at the same time when ants are biting you. The best part overall was taking the boat to a secluded island and being body painted by John Neyrot for my last shoot, the sunset was very beautiful that night.

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

I realized I wanted to be a model at the age of 12, but I didn’t get discovered until i was 16. I went to a scouting convention in Orlando and instantly got picked up by many agencies. My first agency that I was signed to at the age of 17 was BMG Models.

Q: What was your first big break in the industry?

I would say being able to travel internationally and model internationally was definitely one of my biggest breaks, although being able to do the Victoria Secret Runway Show in Vegas was a dream, who doesn’t love Lingerie?

Q: Not including shooting with us, what has been your favorite job so far?

I don’t know if you would say favorite as a “job” lets face it work is work, but I truly enjoy modeling and being in front of the camera. I was able to shoot for Geek Fantasy Magazine which I found so much fun because I was actually body painted for my outfit. I felt naked and freel, it was a great accomplishment being able to shoot for them just because I consider myself a huge geek.

Q: What has been your favorite place on the planet to shoot and why?

My favorite place shooting by far was in a castle in Bogota, Colombia. I literally felt like a queen.

Q: What is your favorite swimwear company or companies and why do you like their swimsuits?

My favorite swimwear company would have to be Beach Bunny because they are sexy, flashy and in style. Any swimsuit  I get or receive from companies usually see me taking it to get modified by adding a little something even if its a little skull or a little bling bling. There I go with my Bling Bling again.

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself that most people do not know (the quirkier, the better!)?

I hate wearing bras, I don’t know if most people know that but its pretty obvious. I definitely would say I’m a tomboy.

Q: If you could be doing any job in the world for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

If i could do any job in the world for the rest of my life I wouldn’t change a thing, besides just come out bigger and stronger. I’m pursuing acting now so watch out!

Q: What is your favorite movie of all time and why?

My favorite movie of all times would have to be, ‘What Dreams May Come’. I really enjoyed watching the struggle that we battle everyday it was very lifting to see that its always and only a fight to never give up, especially in love.

Q: What Super Powers would you like to have and how would you use it?

If I had super powers I would like to read people’s minds. Yes, I wanna know exactly what your thinking. I would probably even get more work if I could only read minds!

Q: What is your workout routine?

I really like to go hiking. I enjoy the outdoors, and by hiking I mean hiking not just a walk, I climb. I don’t really have a routine but currently I am on the squat challenge, you gotta squat for that booty.

Q: Favorite food and how often do you eat it?

My favorite food would ultimately have to be sushi because I love saki and the whole combo. I probably eat it about twice a week, I also really enjoy Pho, us Colombians are big on soups.

Q: What is your drink of choice?

To-kill-yah lol Tequila baby I love me some 1942 gets me going puts me right in the mood to PARTAY!

Q: What does Fashion mean to you?

Fashion is a passion lol. I think is a great way to reflect our personalities and keep life interesting, fashion is everything without fashion life would suck.

Q: What models do you look to for inspiration and/or admire and why?

My all time favorite model would have to be Angelina Jolie because she continuosly strived for bigger and better things. She kept her head up and pursued acting and killed it, so motivating. I also love Adrianna Lima because not only is she hot but she seems goofy too and she gorgeous of course.

Q: Favorite designer and why?

That’s a hard one depending if we are talking about dresses or clothing. I currently discovered Niki Schwan. She’s amazing. her clothing style is edgy yet sexy and classy all at the same time. Her accessories are the best part because you can basically dress up anything you wear. Even the lingerie can be incorporated into your daily or nightly wear, which I am I huge fan of.

Q: What celebrity do you resemble or get mistaken for the most?

People always tend to say that I look like the darker version of Cameron Diaz because of my big smile. But I get a few. I sometimes get Angelina Jolie which is a huge compliment and Naya Rivera.

Q: Where can we see you next? Do you have any upcoming events, photo shoots or appearances that your fans can see you at soon?

You can definitely catch me at the next Paradise Challenge in Bali, and currently I start filming soon for a new show that I can’t speak of yet. Hint its air’s on CMT…I also will be shooting for a up and coming swimsuit designer Reebees Swimwear.

We kicked off 2015 figuring everyone could use a little more Pashence in the new year and boy were we right! She has been on fire already this year appearing on the covers of this year’s Deep Blue Calendar and the Craig Hill Calendar. She has also been featured on the covers of several men’s interest periodicals including RHK Magazine, Sultry Magazine and BADD Magazine along with features in Dream Vixens and Modelz View magazines.

We met Pashence while at the Paradise Challenge OPEN 2014 in Nigril, Jamaica. We also scouted Marissa Everhart and Tatiania Eriksen as well at the same event. Unfortunately for us, we were unable to capture Pashence as well. So we decided to meet up with her in Fort Lauderdale over a sunset and sunrise as you can see in these pictures and the video above.

I mixed and matched several bikinis for this shoot to come up with the unique looks we got.

Q: Most memorable moment on the shoot (Tell me about the day)?

I thought it was really fun as we were shooting for a massive cruise ship to be setting sail as we were shooting. It made for a neat backdrop.

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

I actually started as a bartender and was doing some Bike Rally events here in Florida when I was approached by a published Motorcycle photographer who convinced me to take a few shots and compete in a Bikini Contest!

Q: What was your first big break in the industry?

Well I won the fore mentioned contest and ended up on the cover of a national magazine and didn’t even know it until people started sending me the mag. Crazy huh? Jeez I don’t know if I have a favorite job. I really really enjoyed being body painted by John Neyrot. I am looking forward to doing that again real soon.

Q: What has been your favorite place on the planet to shoot and why?

I’ve already been part of so many great shoots in exotic locations so I just couldn’t pick one. And besides there is no telling whats around the corner and where I might be next. The best spot ever could be a just a drive or a plane trip away!

Swimexotic swimwear has been a great company to model for. They have been super good to me. Not to mention they make some ultra sexy suits.

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself that most people do not know (the quirkier, the better!)?

I know this goes against the “Model” world etiquette but I absolutely love amazing food. I am a foodie for sure I can eat. Hey that’s what all that time in the gym is for, right!

Q: If you could be doing any job in the world for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

Gosh I just don’t know. I never intended for modeling to become a career for me so this is still a little surreal. I’m just going to keep rolling with it and see what 2015 and beyond has in store for me.

Q: What is your favorite movie of all time and why?

Really love the Hangover movies. Just to funny!

Q: What Super Powers would you like to have and how would you use it?

I have always wanted to be able to swim under the sea. I have a thing for dolphins as well. For now I have to settle for being in  bikinis on the beach!

Q: What is your work out routine if any?

I tend to do a little bit of everything. I do a lot of cross-training with my trainer Tony Bolt. Weight training (Squats do a booty good). I am also a big fan of the Insanity work-outs. Go ahead and try one.

One of my favorite meals is a perfectly seasoned baked chicken dish by one of my favorite chefs. I can’t get enough of it.

WATER and I drink a lot of it. Now if your asking about when I need to cut loose a little bit and have a little fun… Send this girl a shot of Jack Daniels!

I am pretty much all about if it makes you feel sexy about yourself, rock it!

Have you ever thought about reconnecting with someone from your past and then within a week doing it? That is what happened when I saw Billie Joe Powers which lead to her being featured as the BikiniTeam.com Model of the Month for February 2015.

I knew Billie Jo from way back in the Hawaiian Tropic days. We meet in New York City at an event and caught up again shortly thereafter in Hawaii. We became friends because she had an interest in Photography. So I told her I had an extra camera she can use at the Hawaiian Tropic USA Finals.

It was great to reconnect with her in Mexico during the Swimsuit USA International Model Search. I was walking in the dark through the resort grounds when I heard a big “HELLO” because her mother recognized me first. I was surprised to see Billie Jo standing there since I had not seen her since that Hawaiian Tropic USA Finals trip.

I was once again amazed at her beauty and immediately asked her if she would let me shoot her for Model of the Month while in Mexico. Before I knew it, we were shooting the feature around the Hard Rock. I loved that it was not a planned shoot and just seemed to work out. We had an amazing shoot with Tyler Suess & Chuck Owens helping me out.

It started out at the crack of dawn, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves the entire morning. I was so grateful to have that background for the shoot with Billie Jo, she looked so beautiful. Once we were done shooting, we headed to the restaurant for a well deserved breakfast feast.

Q: Describe your bikini for the shoot and why you like that particular style, cut, etc. Be as specific as possible with the brand name and even the suit name if you know it.

I wore numerous suits from Keva by Keva J and Victorias Secret. We shot on a beautiful beach in Riviera Maya, Mexico so I chose bright and tropical colors that matched the scenery. I wore suits from a company i’m sponsored by called “Keva by Keva J” and Victorias Secret.

Q: Most memorable moment on the shoot (Tell me about the day)?

I worked with John Neyrot years ago when I first started modeling and he’s always been a great friend and mentor. It was so nice to reunite in Mexico after so many years and get to work together again.

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

My senior year of high school I was entered into a competition called “Model America” and won first place.

Q: What was your first big break in the industry?

Winning Model America included a trip to Oahu, Hawaii to compete in the International Finals for Hawaiian Tropic. After that, I was chosen as “Miss October” in their calendar sold worldwide. After that, the opportunities came rolling in.

Hosting Bikini Destinations on Edge TV. It’s my dream job. I get to travel around the world with an amazing crew, you can’t get better than that!

As an only child my Dad always wanted a boy. Since they ended up with a girl, I was named me after my dad.

I absolutely love what I do now. Although, I would love to gradually move towards more hosting in the future.

I was so excited to work with Australian model Elise Natalie in two tropical locations for this March 2015 Model of the Month video feature. I met Elise at a Welcome Party at the Swimsuit USA International Finals in Mexico last November, she was a competitor and become the First Runner Up later that same week.

I got to speak with her briefly and was amazed at how easy it was to talk to her, she had a kindness about her I just found interesting. Not to mention her Australian accent to boot! Tyler Suess & I were constantly talking about all the beautiful girls and asked around who we should make our Model of the Month and Elise Natalie’s name kept coming up reconfirming what we already suspected.

Our buddy Chuck Owens highly recommended us working with her too and he has a good eye for these sorts of things. So we agreed to make the Aussie beauty Elise our Model of the Month and shoot that same week around the Hard Rock Maya Riviera.

Elise Natalie was so excited when we told her. She was the first Australian model I have ever gotten to work with so I was stoked. The day we shot in Mexico started out as a beautiful day but halfway through the shoot, the sky turned gray and dark. It got very windy and looked like it was about to pour rain. So we had to cut the shoot short.

Elise told me she would be traveling Miami soon and wondered if we could finish the shoot during that time. I told her “shooting her in South Beach would be amazing” so we coordinated to meet up for the rest of the looks there.

The Miami portion of the shoot when great! Since half the looks were already shot in Mexico, we had only two looks to finish. Elise was so easy to get along with and felt like we’ve been friends for a long time.

Living in South Florida has a huge advantage for our business, everyone eventually travels to our beaches and I always try to connect with girls when they visit this area. Ironically enough, I traveled to Bali for the Paradise Challenge on my Asian tour to Indonesia and Philippines a few months ago. She messaged me how excited she was that we would attending. But then didn’t know she was coming the third week. Elise Natalie happened to be going to Bali as well for the Paradise Challenge but we missed each other by two days since she did the third week of that event and we covered the first two weeks.

I am so happy she will be heading to the Paradise Challenge OPEN 2015 in Jamaica this September. Looking forward to shooting her again in an exotic location. I am ready to capture more of her Australian beauty.

Q: Describe your bikinis for the shoot?

One of my bikinis for the day was USA label – Pinkini Swimwear. The suit was custom made for me for one of my international pageants and the name of the suit was “Baby it’s you.” The bikini was white lace on white with well-placed diamante features.

Q: Most memorable moment on the shoot (Tell me about the day)?

I loved shooting at sunrise in South Beach, Miami. As the sun hit the waves the water turned this striking golden colour and the lighting was so beautiful and soft. Shooting with John was such a pleasure and he truly knows how to capture models beautifully. The whole day was memorable to me. We were lucky enough to also shoot in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – which had some incredible back drops! John was so easy to work with and the music really helped get into the vibe of the shoot. We took time going through each outfit and making sure they all went well with the feel we were trying to capture for the day.

Q: When did you start modeling and how were you discovered?

I started modelling when I was studying Accounting and Law at University. I started asking myself what my passion was in life and what I would love to do and kept coming up with modelling. Not long after I was approached by a hairdressing company to model for them and I had so much fun at the photo shoot! Ever since that first shoot I haven’t stopped. I made sure I graduated first though – so I always have Law to fall back on.

Q: What was your first big break in the industry?

My first big break was winning Swimsuit USA International in 2012 and heading over to compete internationally for the first time and it was my first holiday overseas by myself. I made sure I made the most of being over near America as well, and lined up some photo shoots when I was over there. Ever since being over in America and meeting the people I have with the opportunities presented to me has helped so much with my networking ability and has led to me presenting and modelling in New York to doing shoots in Los Angeles, Miami and even Texas. If you want something and you work hard for it, it definitely pays off.

Q: Not including shooting with us, what has been your favorite job so far?

I got to do a shoot for Another Concept when I was on a cruise ship in Cabo San Lucas and it was so much fun! We spent the whole day on a catamaran and rode out to the Arch of Carbo San Lucas – a beautiful rock formation on Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula. There were other models there and the setting of the day was unforgettable. We shot both swimwear and lifestyle and it is one of those experiences I won’t forget.

Q: What has been your favorite place on the planet to shoot and why?

I absolutely love shooting on the tropical beaches of Mexico. The waters beautiful and clear, the weather is always perfect and if you can throw in a jet ski or a horse to shoot with, then to me that’s absolutely perfect.

Q: What is your favorite swimwear company or companies and why do you like their swimsuits?

I have two favourite swimwear companies. In Australia I am a big fan of Veve Swimwear – it’s colourful, creative and blingy. In the USA definitely Pinkini Swimwear for all the same reasons. These two companies are always inspiring me with their new dazzling array of suits with each line they bring out and I’m so honoured that they both sponsor me their latest ranges for my international adventures.

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself that most people do not know (the quirkier, the better!)?

I love kick-boxing and extreme sports – anything that gets my adrenaline racing. People don’t generally expect it but once I’m out there I love to give anything a go!

Q: If you could be doing any job in the world for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

Definitely to be a host on a travel show. Hosting and traveling would have to be two of my favourite things to do in the world so to combine them would be a dream job. I love experiencing new places and new cultures and trying out activities in locations all around the world – so that would be definitely something I would love to do. The other thing is acting. Getting into a characters role is always so challenging but also rewarding when you manage to do it – to be able to work around the world with an acting career would be truly rewarding for me and the change in characters would keep me motivated and inspired.

Q: What is your favorite movie of all time and why?

I absolutely love Couples Retreat! It’s a quirky comedy, set in a tropical location and with a star-studded cast including the likes of Vince Vaughn. It had me laughing the whole time and I thought it was such a well-planned out movie. It really makes me want to go on holiday to Bora Bora ever time I watch it though!

Q: What Super Powers would you like to have and how would you use it?

I wish I could teleport from one place to another so I can get to where I want to quickly and easily – too many things to do, so little time…

Q: What is your work out routine if any?

I vary between kick-boxing and x-training with a lot of cardio in between. On weekends I play social beach volleyball which definitely keeps me in shape with all the running on the sand.

Q: Favorite food and how often do you eat it?

Anything with an explosion of flavour I’ll but I definitely love sushi! We have a sushi night every Sunday with friends and I can’t go past Yellowtail Tuna Sashimi with a chilli dressing and of course Miso Soup – almost nothing makes me happier.

Q: What is your drink of choice?

Water.

Q: What does Fashion mean to you?

Fashion to me means being able to express yourself, and show your personality.

Q: What models do you look to for inspiration and/or admire and why?

I definitely turn to a lot of the Victoria’s Secret Models for inspiration when I’m trying to get in shape – Candice Swanepoel would have to be one of my all-time favourites.

Q: Favorite designer and why?

I love Portia & Scarlett. They are predominantly an evening gown range and their pieces are so elegant and timeless. Every time they bring out a new collection I have an urge to buy it all! They have the perfect gowns for red carpet and other events I go to.

Q: What celebrity do you resemble or get mistaken for the most?

I get mistaken quite often for Blake Lively from Gossip Girl or even Kristin Cavallari from Laguna Beach when I’m blonde. I’ve recently gone to the dark side.

Q: Where can we see you next? Do you have any upcoming events, photo shoots or appearances that your fans can see you at soon?

Yes there should be a few US publications coming up soon that my fans will be able to see and also a few short movies – the best thing to do is follow my page “Elise Natalie” or my Instagram for all the updates and reveals! There is a lot happening in the year ahead and a lot of new places I will be traveling to.
